Granite
A few steps from the Louvre, in a timeless vaulted cellar, chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi crafts a cuisine where Japanese precision meets the excellence of French terroirs.
The Restaurant
A confidential gem
Once crossed by the workers of the Louvre, Granite is a timeless bubble, lined with stone and wood. A setting of silence and matter, where every plate becomes a genuine work of art.

The Chef
Yoshitaka Takayanagi
Born in the Mount Fuji region and trained at the Tsuji Culinary Institute, then in the greatest houses — Grand Véfour, Le Meurice, La Scène Thélème — chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi signs a signature cuisine where Japanese precision reveals the essence of French terroirs.
